An Ode to Our Organizers February.24

My multitude of gratitude to the caring souls who devoted their lives to uncovering, lies and building community to reach a common goal. My faith grows brighter.  As the ones who suffer most teach us, how to live. grateful and always willing to give. We’ll only thrive if we plant the seeds to grow. When winter ends spring will bloom anew.

What are we going to do? What path to liberation are we going to be taking? what lane? What Avenue? How are we going to make sure we’re building rooms, places, homes, spaces,  gardens, tapestries? How are we going to plant our seeds? What is our role in revolution? When we understand our assignment, Next, will be solutions. When we love each other, we love ourselves we need each other to grow. We sit in separation. pain takin, bedridden, watching genocides on our phones. Support comes from within. The world is changing. Cities are being militarized. The check doesn’t stretch as wide. Your stomach hurts but, insurance didn’t cover it last time. We need to be planting seeds to grow our community.  They pillage the mineral rich. Imperialist don’t care the about environment. The money mesmerized say when the suffering speak it’s riddled in complexities. But we don’t obey them.  Voices many voices strong armed with truth against the few. Groups unite and fight for reparations and protest organized thievery. Our books have been besieged in states across the country. Deforestation across the nation has caused a uproar. Governments forge laws to further dehumanize the poor. Organizers helping those in need.  Poets and teachers and learners and reachers and pastors and healers of the soul all working together for a common goal. I can see the victory. I hear the trumpet call.

We’re not free until we’re all free. Free us all!
